- Get everything you're entitled to!
- Use budgeting tools to help you align your income and expenditure.
- Reduce spending. Do you really need it? Can you get it cheaper? Can you wait?

- Don't ignore any letters you receive.
- Seek independent advice.
- Never agree to pay what you can't afford.
- If you are experiencing finance hardship, come and speak to us.
